Frequently Asked Questions

What time does my child need to be dropped off each day?
Please drop your camper(s) off at the Central Amherst Little League Complex between 8:30 - 8:50 am each day .

Will lunch be provided for the campers?
No, campers are responsible for bringing their own  lunch.  The concession stand will be open each day for campers to purchase items if they so choose.  

A $5.00 lunch special will be available at the concession stand each day and will include;

  • Choice of hot dog, hamburger or pizza
  • Choice of juice, water or soda 
  • Fruit 
  • Pretzels or chips


Where can I drop off and pick up my camper each day?
All campers must be dropped off at the Central Amherst Little League Complex and signed in at the registration table by a parent each day between 8:30 and 9:00am.  

Campers must be picked up promptly at 3:00 pm at the conclusion of camp each day.  

*An extra hour of Post Camp Child Care Watch will be available on a day to day basis from 3:00 - 4:00 pm.  ($10.00)


A cash only payment must be given at sign in to register your child for each extra session.

Can I stay and watch my camper?
You are more than welcome to stay and watch your child during camp.  You may stay for the entire day or just sneak a peek.  If you would like to watch the camp, we ask that you remain in the spectator areas of the facility. 

What should my camper bring?
Pants

(Baseball pants are preferred.  Sweats or track pants would be okay also. No shorts.)

Baseball Glove

(Mandatory, with the camper's name written on it)
Sunscreen

(Please label it with your camper's name.  We will not be providing/applying sunscreen.)


What if it rains during the camp?
The camp will go on regardless of weather.

***In the event that extreme weather conditions require camp to be canceled for the day, every effort will be made to have a make-up day.  This make-up day would be held the first weekday following the conclusion of camp.

***NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN***

What should I do with my camper's medications?
If your camper is on medication that must be taken while at camp, please label the container with your camper's name and instructions for administering the medication for the Camp Staff.  This includes any medications your child may need if he/she has an allergy, asthma, etc. that may be triggered during outdoor activities.

Is there an option to pay for individual days?

There is not.  Campers must pay the full registration fee.  There is not an option to pay for individual days or for modified pricing if campers cannot attend every day.


Will campers receive anything besides elite Fundamental Baseball Instruction?
Each camper will receive a Camp T-Shirt!
