Waiver and Consent Form

Campers may not participate without full payment and completed Online Registration Form which includes F.B.I. Baseball Camp Waiver Agreement.

*Neither F.B.I. Baseball Camp nor its staff are responsible for lost items. We recommend labeling all equipment & personal items. Parents are responsible to arrange for timely drop-off & pick-up of their camper. Additional pick-up arrangements must be put in writing & submitted to camp staff in advance.
